10 Ways To Calm Yourself Down

I suffer from anxiety and panicking before tests or when in a bad situation , i found 10 helpful ways to basically CALM DOWN. so i will share them with u

 1) The first way to calm yourself down is to simply take a walk or walk away walking helps you focus relax your mind and clear your thoughts very helpful.

2)You might find this one funny but what is pure enough to calm you down is the color blue, the color of the sky and the color of the ocean.

3)Changing from color we go to scent . what is a more helpful calmer than the smell of mint? calming,relaxing,refreshing,cleansing and purifying mint is the perfect smell to calm you down.

4)What if you could make the world disappear for as much time a long as you want?well you can by simply close your eyes but of-course not in front of people go somewhere where your alone and clear everything in front of you by just closing your eyes.

5)All your favorite music genres and artist shockingly calm you down obviously excluding metal rock, just listen to music at a moderate volume and you will calm down

6)To get all the oxygen we all need breathing is an essential but also breathing in a special way calms you to the maximum so here is the way.
1.Breathe slowly in a count of 4
2.Hold the breath also for a count of 4
3.Exhale to a count of 4
4.Rest for 3-5 seconds
5.Take two normal breathes
Do this for as long as you want

7)The most needed beverage is also the most calming beverage wherever you are to calm down find water listen to it sitting at the shore or drink it in your kitchen shower anything with water calms you down

9)Chew gum,both calming and stress relieving gum is an awesome calmer.
